Buckham Alley
One of Downtown’s most unique spaces, Buckham runs two blocks between 2nd and Kearsley Streets. The north side abuts the Rutherford Ramp and contains a plaza great for small events, vendor booths and more. Overhead lights make for a beautiful setting.

Rutherford Ramp
In good weather the top level of the Rutherford Ramp provides sweeping views of downtown, onsite parking, and photo ops galore. In the past it has hosted private parties, fashion shows, and concerts.

Flat Lot
Downtown’s signature space, the Flat Lot is home to events such as Back to the Bricks, the Crim and Bikes on the Bricks. Centrally located with great visibility, weekend events end up the focus of the entire city.

Brush Alley
A new addition to Downtown’s activity spaces, Brush Alley’s most used block is between 2nd and 3rd Streets. A private outdoor space managed by Cork on Saginaw ties in well. Events need to work around the Capitol Theatre event schedule.
